Heritage + evidence
Nordic sauna culture is deep. The health conversation is a bonus.
Bastu is the Swedish word for sauna, from badstuga — bath cottage. The tradition belongs to a wider Nordic heat-bathing culture: clean heat, water on stones, rest, conversation, and contrast with cold air or water.
